Meet Amanda Fallon, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Amanda is a Co-Owner of Aligned Aesthetics & Wellness and a Master Injector with over 13 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She has been working in aesthetic medicine since 2012, where she first gained foundational knowledge and hands-on training through a plastic surgeon–led training program. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of performing a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments while helping thousands of clients feel confident, supported, and comfortable in their skin.

At Aligned Aesthetics & Wellness, Amanda is deeply committed to patient safety, facial anatomy, and natural, balanced outcomes. Her philosophy is rooted in enhancing—not changing—your natural features while honoring each client’s unique anatomy and aging journey. Her results are intentionally soft, refined, and never overdone.

Previously, Amanda served as a Clinical Educator, where she trained, mentored, and supported Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses across multiple clinics. In this role, she worked closely with medical leadership to uphold the highest standards of safety, consistency, and clinical excellence—principles that remain foundational to her practice at Aligned Aesthetics & Wellness.

Amanda’s educational background includes earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Middlesex Community College in 2012, completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern New Hampshire University in 2018, and obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialty in Family Medicine in 2022.

As a co-owner, Amanda is dedicated to cultivating a practice centered on thoughtful care, education, and integrity. Known for her conservative technique and meticulous attention to detail, her goal is for every client to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.

Meet Lorraine Frongillo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Lorraine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Aligned Aesthetics & Wellness. She has been part of the aesthetic industry since 2013 and has been injecting since 2016. Lorraine is certified in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory fillers, and threads, and is known for delivering natural, balanced, and safety-driven results.

Prior to obtaining her medical degrees, Lorraine held leadership roles within the aesthetic industry, developing a strong foundation in patient care, clinical operations, and practice management. This background allows her to approach aesthetics with a unique perspective—blending artistry, evidence-based medicine, and operational excellence to create an elevated, patient-centered experience.

Lorraine earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Laboure College in 2016, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2023, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2024.
